Carrying It All
For caregivers, helpers, people who are used to being the strong one
You may be the person others rely on - the one who notices what needs to be done, holds things together, and continues showing up even when you are already exhausted.
Caring for others may be meaningful, necessary, or deeply connected to your relationships, values, culture, or circumstances. At the same time, the ongoing responsibility can leave little room for your own needs, limits, anger, grief, or uncertainty.
Carrying It All offers a reflective space to explore the emotional weight of caregiving and over-responsibility, while considering how care, boundaries, support, and your own wellbeing might coexist.
This May Be For You If…
You often find yourself:
Being the responsible one in your family, work, or relationships
Caring for others while quietly feeling exhausted
Feeling guilty when you rest or ask for help
Holding resentment and love at the same time
Feeling that others depend on you to keep everything going
Finding it difficult to receive care or support
Wondering who you are beyond being useful, strong, or needed
